These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved in the courts located in South Africa (head office).

 

9. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, you agree to first attempt to resolve the issue through informal negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Arbitration Foundation of Southern Africa (AFSA), and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.
